Nicola Harvey
Founder & Beauty Therapist
Nicola graduated from Bradford University in 2020 with a BSc Hons in Management and Organisation, and went on to have a successful career for over 20 years working in communications for various organisations including those in the US, Middle East and Australia as well as the UK.
Nicola made the decision to move into beauty and aesthetics industry in 2022 after needing a complete career change and to allow her to be more present for her family.
Following on from studying and practical experience throughout 2023, Beauty Within has been created and brings a new addition to the Chatteris Complementary Health company. Nicola is a Member of The Guild of Beauty Therapists and is specialising in non-invasive aesthetics with a focus on anti-ageing treatments.

Jill Foskett
Reflexologist
Jill first trained in Reflexology in 2009, after seeing how beneficial it was in helping to reduce anxiety in her daughter. Reflexology is a type of massage therapy that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet and it can help to improve mood, enhance relaxation and general well-being, and also help to aid sleep.
Jill is a Member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (ARR) and has successfully completed Part 1 and Part 2 of Reproflexology according to Barbara Scott’s protocols. Jill has also achieved the Advanced Reflexology qualification, which is awarded through Napier University and gained the certificate to support women experiencing issues with Menopause.
A full Consultation takes place at the initial appointment to establish your needs and an Action Plan to reflect those will be created.
Jill loves learning and is serious about developing her skills and knowledge. She is currently studying Mindful Reflexology with Sally Earlham. This is to allow for a greater understanding on how Reflexology can positively support Anxiety and Depression.
